Making the First Post with Wordpress
Once you've decided to start a Wordpress blog and you've set up your Wordpress hosting account, it's time to write your very first blog post.
The first step is to log into your Wordpress account. Use the default password you were given and you'll end up on the Wordpress Dashboard.
From there, select the Add New Post option in the navigation on the left hand side. Write a title and description. You have to option to save a draft or publish your post.
On the right hand side you'll notice the space for Tags where you can type a short description of what your blog post is about, such as "Flowers" or "City Sunsets."
Wordpress lets you easily add new categories to your blog. Just push the Add New Category link, choose the Parent category and type in your new category name.
